What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate insured shipping nationwide. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 business days, professionally packed in our custom heavy-duty bike boxes.
Do you offer a warranty on pre-owned inventory?
Yes, all Alchemy certified pre-owned bikes include a 90-day mechanical warranty, giving you peace of mind that your gear is ready for the road or trail.
Can I trade in my current bike for store credit?
Absolutely. Use our 'Trade-In' portal to submit photos and specs of your current ride. We provide competitive quotes that can be applied directly toward your new purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day 'No Questions Asked' return policy. If the fit isn't right or you aren't satisfied, you can return the bike for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 95% assembled. You will typically only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. Basic tools and instructions are included in every box.
