At Alchemy Cycle Trader, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
